Frequently Asked Questions
Here we answer the most commonly asked questions that our Board receives on a routine basis. We encourage you to look at this first before contacting the HOA with your question.
Where do I send my annual assessment?
Annual assessments are $145 and due by January 31st. Please send assessments to P.O. Box 5621, Brandon MS 39047. Make checks payable to Pine Ridge HOA.
If my mailbox is broken, who do I contact?
Please call the business below:
Katherine Shook, Copper Sculptures, (601) 992.9955
They are located on Lakeland Drive. These are the folks that were hired to do the mailboxes and poles in our neighborhood when the houses were constructed in the late 90s. They will be able to help you repair/replace your mailbox.
Is there a leash law in our HOA?
Yes. We support the Rankin Country Ordinance for the Control and Care of Animals, which clearly state that a pet should be on a leash if the animal is off of the owners property. For more information on this matter, please click on the link below:
Please visit our Architecture page and begin filling out your information to begin the process. The Board will begin reviewing your tree removal request and/or building request in the following days while our Architectural Review Committee head will survey the property. Please understand that this process takes time so we advise you to submit your request weeks in advance upon your intended removal/construction date.
I want to remove a tree in my yard or build upon my property, how do I proceed?
Where are the HOA meetings held?
Normally they are held at a board member’s house on the second Wednesday of the month beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meetings last for about an hour. Attendance is open to our community. If the meetings are held at a different location, we will try to make it known via our website on the Minutes page.
If there isn't a question on here that pertains to your current inquiry, please contact us with your question via our Contact page and we, the Board will get back to you as soon as we can.
