ARchitecture Committee
For any homeowner, the aesthetic improvements to our home and investment is understandable. However, there are rules and regulations stated in our Covenants that all homeowners in our association must abide by in order to proceed with any construction, demolition, or landscaping projects including tree removal.
To make it easier on both parties, we've created this webpage that will not only help inform you on what our Covenants state, but to also have you provide us, the Board, the necessary information we require in order to make an executive and sound decision on your request.
Covenants
By clicking the Covenant's heading above, you'll have the opportunity to scroll down to page sixteen to review the specific guidelines our HOA has agreed upon. The parameters the document goes over are fences, swimming pools, landscaping and garages to name a few.
architectural request
After reviewing the Covenants, the first step in notifying the Board about your project is to fill out the entire form below and submit it.
After we have received your request, you will receive a PDF form. This document will ask you to provide the details of the plans, materials and other information that pertain to your project so that we the Board can make a sound judgement.
Also please be courteous about the timing of your requests. Meaning that, don't expect to begin construction or demolition the day after submitting a request to the Board.
We need to have a decent amount of time to review and make a decision based on your request. We completely understand and agree that time is money so we will be diligent in not only our response but also the time it will take to make a decision as well.
