Pine Ridge HOA is here to develop and maintain a sense of community — preserving the aesthetics of the neighborhood, enhancing the value of our property, and maintaining a high quality of life within Pine Ridge.
For the avid fishing folk, the Pelahatchie Bay Trading Post is nearby where locals gather and fish for bass, trout, catfish, and gators.
We are situated in the Northwest Rankin zone in the Rankin County School District, the third largest school district in Mississippi.
Known for its year round excellent conditions, unique natural landscape, narrow fairways, and special brand of southern hospitality.

Our Governance
Pine Ridge HOA is a nonprofit organization that governs the residential properties and common areas within the Pine Ridge subdivision. The association is covered by a Board of Directors, who are volunteer homeowners elected by the voting members of the association. The Board of Directors is assisted in its duties by volunteers serving on established Committees.
These Committees are Decoration, Special Events, Welcoming, Communications, Architectural Review, and Landscape.
The Association's annual budget funded through annual assessments of $145 charged to each home owner. Each home owner is an obligatory member and shares a responsibility for the support and success of the Association.
Pine Ridge HOA is an organization for the Pine Ridge community that strives to maintain the aesthetic beauty and functional value of property within the development; that will continue to improve while being sensitive to homeowner's needs; that makes informed decisions representative of the majority interest; and that focuses on maintaining an active and cohesive family environment.
The purpose of this site is to keep you, the residents of Pine Ridge, informed about the events in your community and to improve communications between the Board of Directors, appointed Committees, and the residents.

Beggs came to Mississippi in 2001 as an assistant baseball coach at Gulf Coast Community College, but spent most of his time in The Sipp at Holmes Community College where he was also a baseball assistant coach. He left coaching in 2015 but continues teaching in Goodman and Ridgeland. He is division chair and Evening Coordinator.
While Beggs no longer coaches, he remains an avid baseball fan. In addition, he enjoys horse racing and football. He is content to be at his home in Brandon where he enjoys working in the yard, grilling, and the solitude of his backyard. He also enjoys frequent trips to New Orleans and Mobile.
Beggs is married to Gail Beggs and they have three children, Emmy, Lindsey Claire Hutchins (Hunter), and Trae Muse, as well as two grandchildren, Ty, Sunny Mae and Brees Hutchins.
J.L. grew up in Petal where he attended Jones College and USM. While in Petal, he volunteered coaching in multiple sports, served as President of Petal Youth Sports Association for 4 years and he has been a vice commissioner of Mississippi Youth Football, Inc. for 20 years. For the last 10 years, he has worked for C Spire as the Manager of Tools and Automation at the Corporate office in Ridgeland. He has lived in Pineridge subdivision for 8 years and has enjoyed living in a neighborhood that is safe with friendly people. When at home, it’s all about sports and barbeque, he and his family are often found either over a grill or smoker on the weekend. J.L. is married to Robin Breazeale and has one daughter, Gracie Breazeale. Robin works at D-Bat in Pearl and Gracie attends Mississippi State University in Starkville.
Connie moved to Pine Ridge Circle in June of 1998. After moving from AL to MS, she feels like this neighborhood is home. She especially loves her neighbors. She and her daughter, Keely, were in the tanning salon business for over 10 years. Keely lives in Brandon and her son, Elliot, lives in Tupelo.
She is always willing to help anyone in the Pine Ridge neighborhood, or will be happy to try.
Hyde has lived at the Ross Barnett Reservoir since moving to Brandon from Prentiss, Mississippi in 1991. She has been on Pine Ridge Circle for 25 years now. She is a Realtor here in Central Mississippi at eXp Realty for 7 years. She joined the board in January 2024 as the Welcome Committee & look forward to meeting everyone & helping in any way she can.
Crisp moved to Pine Ridge in September of 2020. Currently serves as Broadcast Operations Manager at WLBT. Married to Susan Crisp.

The mission of the Board of the Pine Ridge Homeowners Association is to preserve and enhance the property of our subdivision by upholding our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) and polices. The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all homeowners and the investment in capital improvements that benefit the greater good. The Pine Ridge subdivision will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for each homeowner and his/her respective family.
1) Utilize the experience of the Board members to make and implement responsible decisions and to be good stewards regarding the use of funds and assets belonging to the Association. Conduct business with transparency, providing financial statements including statements of receivables and expenses monthly.
2) Uphold the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) and policies of the Homeowners Association by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all homeowners to ensure that all additions/changes to lots, homes, and property in the subdivision will preserve and/or enhance the value of our properties.
3) Treat every issue which comes before the Board with respect. Work with residents in a professional, objective, ethical manner and resolve or respond to requests in a timely manner. Resolutions and responses will be clearly communicated to affected parties. In the event of a denial of a homeowner’s request, a reason for the denial will be provided, and where possible, suggestions to resubmit for consideration will be included.
4) Protect and enhance the value of our neighborhood by maintaining all common areas.
5) Communicate with homeowners in a timely manner through appropriate forums and facilitate opportunities for subdivision activities and committees promoting a close-knit neighborly community that works together for the good of all.
1) Good Neighbors First: There is no better substitute for resolving community issues as neighbors.
2) Volunteerism: We highly value participation in the Association that extends beyond the normal commitment(s) of being a member/resident.
3) Property Maintenance: Property owners/residents will maintain their respective property in accordance with our CC&R’s that enhances the Association and does not detract from the value of our properties.
4) Responsibility: Members will voluntarily abide by the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) and polices making Pine Ridge subdivision a harmonious neighborhood.
The Pine Ridge HOA held a meeting to install new board members/positions and recognize the service of past president, Jeffrey Haycraft.
